Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Massage Healthcare of America, Inc. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Massage Healthcare of America, Inc. provides physician-prescribed clinical massage therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation services. All services are delivered on a mobile basis — we come to the patient throughout the Las Vegas valley.
2. Medical Necessity
Our services require a current medical report or physician prescription. A non-refundable $85 consultation fee is required before your first session. This consultation includes insurance verification and treatment planning.
3. Insurance
We are in-network with several major insurance carriers. Coverage varies by plan and medical necessity. Patients are responsible for verifying benefits and understanding their out-of-pocket costs. Not all services may be covered by insurance.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please call (775) 515-7770 to reschedule or cancel.
5. Privacy & HIPAA
We are fully HIPAA compliant. Your protected health information (PHI) is handled in accordance with federal regulations. For details, please review our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices.
6. SMS Messaging Program Terms
Program description. MASSAGE HEALTHCARE OF AMERICA INC operates an informational SMS program that sends text messages from +1 (775) 515-7770 in response to your questions or to share information relevant to your relationship with us, including appointment-related communications, care coordination, billing follow-up, and other informational notices. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.
Consent. By providing your mobile number on our contact form, intake paperwork, or by texting us first, you expressly consent to receive informational SMS messages from MASSAGE HEALTHCARE OF AMERICA INC at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or treatment.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for plan details. MASSAGE HEALTHCARE OF AMERICA INC is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
Opt-out and help. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. For assistance or more information, reply HELP or call (775) 515-7770.
No sharing of mobile opt-in information. No mobile information, mobile opt-in data, or consent to receive SMS from MASSAGE HEALTHCARE OF AMERICA INC will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to subprocessors that support the messaging program (for example, our messaging platform provider, Grasshopper / GoTo Communications), and to disclosures required by law or permitted under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Carriers. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Our handling of mobile numbers and message content is described in our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
6a. Use of Third-Party Communications Services
We use Grasshopper / GoTo Communications, Inc. ("GoTo") as our voice and SMS communications provider. Your communications with us by phone or text may transit GoTo's platform and are subject to GoTo's applicable terms, acceptable use policy, and messaging content policy in addition to these Terms. We remain responsible for our use of the GoTo Services and for the content we send to you. GoTo is not a party to the care relationship between you and MASSAGE HEALTHCARE OF AMERICA INC.
7. Limitation of Liability
Massage Healthcare of America, Inc. provides therapeutic services intended to complement, not replace, medical care provided by licensed physicians and other healthcare professionals. We do not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment.
