Superbills

A superbill allows you to pay for your session upfront and submit documentation to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. However, reimbursement is never guaranteed. Your plan may reimburse only part of the cost—or none at all—depending on your benefits, deductible, diagnosis requirements, and insurer policies.

We have served only clients whose insurance benefits we could verify directly, as well as self-pay clients. As superbills have become more common in the massage industry, we now offer them as an option—but we believe in being transparent about what that means financially.

Some providers charge approximately $200 or more for a 60-minute session, even when they know insurance is unlikely to reimburse that full amount. Our 60-minute superbill rate is $150, which reflects the clinical level of care provided and the convenience of receiving treatment in your home or location.

Please understand:

• You are responsible for the full session fee at the time of service.
• We cannot guarantee whether your insurer will reimburse your claim or how much it will pay.
• You are responsible for any amount your insurance company does not reimburse.
• Insurance reimbursement depends entirely on your individual out-of-network benefits and claim review.
• Superbill clients must complete an initial consultation before treatment begins.
• The consultation is not covered by insurance and is nonrefundable.

We are happy to provide the documentation needed for you to submit your claim, but the final reimbursement decision is made by your insurance company.
